  1. I have a BlackBerry 9220 and was using Whatsapp till yesterday through Wi-Fi at home that I have from BSNL. I had the APN as 'internet' and changed to 'celloneportal' but the response was the same and I cannot use Whatsapp.

    It has now stopped working. I thought that I should try shutting down but that didn’t help. Then I thought that I could delete and reinstall. However though it got deleted I am unable to access BlackBerry World to download the app. I am however able to access Google and other apps without any hitch. The message that I get is: ‘We cannot connect you to the BlackBerry World. Please ensure your device is connected to the wireless network and try again.’ In fact it is connected to the network because the signal is visible.

    Do advise whenever you can.
